Pay yearly, get your society its own website — free
Any society-wide plan paid yearly includes a website on your society's own name, such as greenmeadows.com, instead of a shared link. Residents, buyers and vendors get one address that looks like your society, not like ours.
Domain registered in your society's name
The RWA owns it. We register and renew it free while your yearly plan is active, and hand it over if you ever leave.
Your society page on that address
Profile, amenities, notices and public totals — the same page, served on your own domain with a secure certificate.
We handle the setup
Registration, DNS and the security certificate are done by us. Nothing for the committee to configure.
If the .com is taken
We look for the closest sensible alternative — .in, .org or a name with your sector — and let the committee pick.
Complete plans paid yearly also get society email addresses on that domain, such as committee@yoursociety.com.

Which model should we choose?
If the RWA or committee can pay from society funds, take a society-wide plan — it works out far cheaper per flat and every resident gets access, including the ones who would never pay themselves. Flat-wise exists for the case where the committee hasn't signed up yet and a few owners want their own records anyway.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12 — 2 months free. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time and we adjust the balance.
How are society-wide plans billed?
By the number of flats in the society, not by how many residents sign in. Society-wide plans are billed for a minimum of 100 flats, so a very small society pays the same as a 100-flat one.
How do residents actually pay?
By a UPI link or QR that opens their own payment app with the society's UPI ID and the exact amount filled in. The money goes straight into the society's bank account — SocietyEyes never holds or handles it — and the payment is then matched to the flat from the society's bank statement. There is no gateway and no transaction charge from us.
How does the free website work?
Take any society-wide plan on yearly billing and we register a domain in the society's name — yoursociety.com when it is free, or the closest alternative your committee picks — set up the site and the security certificate, and keep renewing it while the plan is active. The society owns the domain, so if you ever leave, it goes with you.
Is GST included?
Prices are exclusive of GST. A GST invoice is issued in the society's or the resident's name.
Can we stop?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time, and your data stays exportable — the accounts belong to your society, not to us.
